Sue’s real estate career spans more than 30 years including new home sales and property management. As a broker, she has helped thousands of families realize their home ownership dreams. For the past three years, Sue has worked as PresGroup Realty’s Concierge Team Manager – perfecting a boutique level of customer service for both buyers and sellers. A Boston University graduate with a degree in Psychology, Sue enjoys the home matchmaking process and implementing new ways to be of service. In fact, in her spare time, Sue volunteers for several organizations including Make a Wish Foundation and Project Hearth, a group dedicated to preventing families from becoming homeless.
Carmen has more than 25 years of experience in real estate including new homes sales and financing. As a former mortgage loan officer, Carmen is especially helpful in getting new home buyers on the right ‘pre-approval track’. For more than two years, she has assisted PresGroup buyers and sellers to accomplish their desired goals – from finding optimal family neighborhoods to downsizing for pre-retirement – Carmen likely has the answer. She often says her greatest satisfaction comes from being able to help others on a daily basis. Away from work, her hobbies include gardening, bowling, and spending time with her two granddaughters.
Ray Franklin has years of customer service experience including working as a federal ranger for the U.S. National Park Service. He has a passion for helping others and enjoys assisting new home buyers with area research and community information in his current concierge role. Ray is an avid reader, trains in Shaolin Wing Chun Kung Fu, and spends days off relaxing at home with his wife, their two Chihuahuas, and two cats.
